We provide activity-based workshops and longer projects for vulnerable groups of young people and adults, to improve health and well-being and develop their skills and confidence.

Our workshops and projects can be tailor-made to meet the needs of the partner organisation and the individual participants, and we engage people in fun, informal learning activities where they learn by doing.

We provide programmes for groups of between 4 and 30 people, depending on the individual needs of the participants and the purpose and content of the workshop or project. The lengths of the programmes and mode of delivery (time, day, venue etc.) are completely flexible.

Participants in longer projects have the opportunity to create a performance, a DVD, a booklet / leaflet, or could plan an event or facilitate a workshop for other people to raise their awareness about a particular issue.
We can provide you with feedback from our workshops or a fuller evaluation for longer projects.

  • One-day workshop for young adults with learning disabilities on ‘Building. Relationships’
  • One-day workshop on ‘Preparing for Interviews’.
  • Workshop on identifying personal skills and setting goals.
  • One-day dance / drama workshop for people with physical and learning disabilities.
  • Half-day workshop of team building activities.
  • Workshop on Presentation Skills.

Recent Projects

  • A 12-week project based at Stafford Gatehouse Theatre where 13 unemployed young adults aged 16-30 devised and performed ‘They can work it out’, a performance about young people and employment.
  • A 10 –session project in which young offenders devised and acted in a DVD of ’10 top tips when attending an interview’.
  • A project with older people in Independent Living Centres to raise awareness about ‘Safety in the Home’.
  • A project with a group of unemployed young adults to develop their employability skills by planning, devising and delivering a project for the benefit of their local community.

We can adapt any of our recent programmes to meet your needs, or devise a completely new programme around your chosen theme.
